Caminito del Rey

Request a quote

The Caminito del Rey is one of the most beautiful and spectacular routes that can be done, not only in Malaga, but in the whole of Andalusia. Located in the Natural Park of Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, between the municipalities of Ardales, Antequera and Álora, it is surrounded by large reservoirs such as those of Chorro, Guadalhorce, Guadalteba and Gaitanejo and offers landscapes of great beauty with steep cliffs and vertical walls that leave anyone breathless. A total route of 7.7 kilometres, of which 4.8 kilometres are forest track accesses and 2.9 kilometres of wooden footbridges, which follow in the wake of the original ones and give us an idea of how dangerous it was in the past, although today, after its rehabilitation, it is totally safe.
